Delivery Information
We understand that you want your order to arrive as quickly and as safely as possible. All orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email informing you of your tracking number.
UK Delivery
Express Delivery (Next Working Day): FREE
** Orders before 1pm from Monday-Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a normal working day will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working Monday.
* Due to the nature of the products we sell, all orders require a signature upon delivery

International Delivery
- Delivery to Europe is charged at £20. Delivery to countries outside Europe is charged at £25.
- All countries we currently deliver to are shown at the checkout, if your delivery country isn't listed, please contact us for a quote.
- European delivery is expected to take up to 7 days.

Bank Holidays
Orders are not processed or posted on Bank Holidays. All orders received on Bank Holidays will be handled on the next working day.

While we want you to love the item you purchased from us, we understand that things change, and that you may wish to return it.
Our Policy
- We will happily exchange or refund any item sent back to us within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and undamaged. Please note that we are unable to refund the original delivery charge and cost of return.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on pierced earrings if they have been used.
- If your item is faulty or damaged, we will refund the original delivery charge and cost of return.
If you wish to return an item please follows the below steps:
- Inform us of the return via phone (0161 834 0332) or email (enquiries@arthurkayandbro.com). Please ensure to state your name, order reference, address, phone number, item you wish to return and reason for the return.
- Package the item securely and place the returns sticker (located at the base of the invoice) on the packaging. If you have misplaced the invoice, please return to the address below:

- Take the package to the Post Office and obtain proof of postage, in case your return is lost in transit.
- Allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed and returned to the card used to purchase the item.
